I had a really smooth experience here. There were plenty of parking spaces available, and once I parked, it was just a short walk to get inside. Nice and simple

I just went recently, so maybe it’s still fresh in my mind, but it was such a blast. There was so much splashy fun, and it ended up being one of the most enjoyable things I’ve done lately.

Everything was spotless. Really, nothing to complain about. Walked in, looked around, all clean. Simple as that. Would definitely be happy to come back

They did end up helping me with my issue, so I appreciate that, but the replies were really slow and it made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be. I’m glad it got resolved, but after waiting that long, I’d expect some kind of compensation or credit for the inconvenience.

I still remember how nice it felt to actually relax while the kids ran around freely. The space was open and comfortable, and it wasn’t crowded at all, which made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable

I was really happy with the amount of choice on the menu. I went with my family, and everyone managed to find something they wanted, even the pickier ones, which is always a win. There was a nice mix of proper meals, snacks, and drinks, but it didn’t feel overwhelming. Overall, a really good experience and I’d definitely go back.

We took our 3 and 5 year old and they both had such a great time. I’m always a bit anxious about whether places feel safe and manageable with young kids, but the play areas felt really secure, which was reassuring. The toilets were clean too, and there was enough space that it didn’t feel overwhelming or too busy. We left feeling really happy with the visit

The place itself was fun and I did enjoy parts of the visit, but I spent way too much of the day standing in queues. What made it even more annoying was having to go through verification over and over again like they didn’t already check me the first time. It really started to take the fun out of the experience.

The drinks were decent and I actually enjoyed what I got, but at the same time I felt a bit underwhelmed by the options. It’s nice when a menu isn’t overwhelming, but I also wish there had been a bit more variety to choose from.

I took my 10 and 12 year old and wasn’t sure if they might be a bit too old for it, but they ended up having a brilliant time. They loved the big outdoor play area, the zip wires, and just being able to run around without getting bored. The whole process was really easy too, from getting around the place to finding what we needed, which made the day feel nice and stress-free. The food was good, everything felt clean, and the staff were friendly. We stayed longer than we planned to, which probably says it all. Would definitely go again.

I wasn’t really expecting much from a family day out kind of place, but the food was actually really nice. We had sandwiches, chips, and cake, and everything tasted fresh. The portions were decent too. The kids ate most of theirs, which I always take as a good sign, although maybe they were just hungry! I’m giving 4 stars because the prices felt a little high for what it was, but then again the quality was good, so maybe that’s just how these places are now. I’d probably eat there again.

The kids had a brilliant time here, there was loads for them to do, and I have to give credit where it’s due, the place was really clean too. We’ve been to a few indoor play areas that felt a bit tired or messy, but this one was well looked after and made the whole visit much more enjoyable.

I used it on my phone and had no trouble at all. The menu was clear, and I found the opening times, prices, and access info without having to dig through a bunch of pages. Booking was quick too. Fair warning, if you’re used to sites making you hunt for basic details, this one might spoil you a bit.
